If it was never at that price, it would probably be a problem for them and if you checked on times/sales/quotes and it was never there, they would probably have an issue....except that I believe someone stated they make markets/act as principal which allows them (anyone who takes that role) to marke up trades by 5% max. (5% rule).
I know there has been much said on here about the fact they don't really make markets, except for in a few stocks, and it is just something thats "there" because of the affiliation with ISLD. Could be...who knows...thats the things about making market, acting as principal....as a client, you never know ifyou could have done beter and by how much.

Thats why we remained agency-only. Great niche. Few players.
