Trump didn’t fail. And mothers never ran out of baby formula under Trump.

The election was stolen. The proof is overwhelming and continues to get stronger.

Whatever, though. Our economy was not destroyed under Trump. We did not get into a proxy war under Trump. We mostly had adequate supplies of baby formula. And gasoline was downright affordable. Inflation was not a problem.

Everything that is wrong today was not wrong under Trump. You and Lane can go on about the feel good vibes of having this nice old codger who can't string two sentences together. But reality is we are in serious trouble, facing a potential economic disaster.

As a kid my dad used to tell me about the Depression. He was orphaned at age 12 in the height of it. He talked about walking from Texas to Arkansas during that time, and having to stop at houses along the way and work for something to eat.

I do wonder sometimes if we're seeing the beginning of what he saw. He tried to explain it to me as a kid that money didn't mean anything back then. If you were dirt poor as he was, or a rich guy, it didn't matter because it just wasn't worth having. This economy looks shittier than I've ever seen. Hope it holds up, but it doesn't look too good just now.
