The Lithuanian - Polish contingent story is more likely than not a fake. A couple of Ukr generals don’t speak for NATO - and decide issues of global importance between the 2 of them.

Finland… seems like Russia is pissed about it. The problem is - Finland joined the Nazi Germany during WWII - and participated in the siege of Leningrad, during which about a million of Soviet citizens died, mostly of hunger. Later, the Soviets agreed not to seek revenge, but, I think, took some territory - and had Finland sign a document promising that they’ll never again attack - or allow anyone to attack the USSR from their territory - in perpetuity. They agreed. That was in 1949. So, they are breaking some very important promise.
