The components don't go that far back. But I remade that chart with something similar that does go back to 2001. It is not the same, but the concept remains.

I am giving you the long view and below it the zoomed in view for the periods you asked for.

The scary part, this could be half of the decline. That would put it on par with Grantham's levels.
