Great! That's about what I did. A few things happened...

1. I had a hard time tossing my first pizza dough. Anytime I've made dough in the past, I just put it on a pizza pan and stretched it, so that was new. I watched a Youtube video, and I got the 2nd pizza perfect!

2. I am not used to the pizza peel (shovel). I started making the 2nd pizza on the peel while the 1st pizza was in the oven! Wrong! Also, the ratio of flour to corn meal and where to put it was tough to get right at first.

3. I kept forgetting the olive oil! The 2nd and 3rd pizzas, I forgot to put it on until I had the toppings on. I brushed it on the outside crust, but got the oil on the pizza peel, which is a no-no, as the pizza won't slide on and off it with that.

4. I found out that if you leave the pizza stone in the oven with corn flour on it for 2-hours, it will burn. I made 3-pizzas, then took time out to eat some, and by the time I was ready to make pizza #4, that stone was full of burnt flour. Pizza #4 will have to wait until tomorrow.

5. This is a weekend deal, not a weekday thing.

6. Pepperoni has to go on first, not last, or it will get too dry.
