I consider late term to be third trimester. As I previously stated, I know of a young woman who had one recently. I don't know where she had it (she could not have gotten it in Arkansas, and I think Colorado is the closest place from where she was). But it did happen and there was no physical justification. It was just a stupid that she kept putting it off.

Every state allows late-term abortions in the rare case of maternal risk.
