a search engine that 'understands' everything about you and tailors results to your perceived persona, will give you results based upon that, and things the search engine wants to/is paid for to advertise/or ideas it wants to promote ....however, it would seem to not include other options ...that, to me, would seem to lead to thinking inside the box, rather than Inside & outside the box eg...if one is a conservative...it would tend to give you conservative views, products, etc and if one is a liberal, it would tend to give you liberal views, products, etc Either of which would bolster or diminish your thinking or purchases in one direction or another. I would prefer to have both sides of thought or items selected...and choose, myself...hopefully objectively And, if the programmers/controllers/companies are biased one way or another....would they attempt to socially engineer you>>IMO, most likely . --------------- Perhaps a switch that could toggle between...Results, ALL and Results Biased ============ PS, could be there are many that want to only receive results that bolster their non-objective viewpoints...*
