And there is not a reasonable way for those people to back out of the argument. Meanwhile, radical leftists are claiming it is "my way or the highway," even in the fact of far better alternatives to abortion.

You are framing that backwards. I can't let that go unchallenged.

Of course "there is not a reasonable way for those people to back out of the argument." If you believe it to be such a grievous wrong, of course you shouldn't do it.

You have the shoe on the wrong foot when it comes to "my way or the highway." The left isn't making them have abortions against their will. They retain the choice to go ahead and produce a baby. In contrast, however, they are the ones denying those who find a need for an abortion. By making it illegal, they're the ones imposing on others, forcing others to proceed with a pregnancy, forcing their way.

If you leave it legal, everyone gets agency, everyone gets to live their conscience, everyone minds their own business.

I don't see why this is such a giant kerfuffle.

That's because you are going backwards on the highway. Even if you're anti-abortion, you should be able to see that force is being used only in one direction and it's not the direction you claim.

Yes, the numbers and percentage are quite small. Assuming they even happen. Since you have provided no numbers, it is hard to say how many of that less than 1% fall into that category.

Excuse me. The religious right are the ones saying "it is our way or the highway" and are getting their way. I realize you approve of minority rule as long as it is your own peeps, but still...

I mean, there are those who promote genital mutilation for religious reasons. Child marriages. And a whole host of other things.
