Wrong. It is rising for 2022. Running about 11.7 million barrels per day and expect to hit 12 million soon. The last down year was 2021. Biden's first year. That year was roughly 11.2. IF the industry estimates are correct, and there are no problems bringing shuttered wells back online, plus new drilling 12 million will be hit. Looking out 2023 should see 13 million. The major problem for drillers is the lack of workers. Experienced workers.
