Has EVERYTHING to do with production today. China Joe's first act as Pres was to cancel Keystone. How do you think wall st. lenders and oil companies received that news? Heck, I'm dealing with the USDA for a client and the USDA is claiming it has the right to restrict access over a legal easement just because the owner bought with a USDA land loan. The easement favors my client's access to his lot. When I questioned the local USDA manager she told me, "When we got a new President, all of our policies were rewritten." The upper level management USDA lady told me the USDA could bar access over a legally recorded easement because as lender, "We own it now." Then threatened me with, "I'm going to recommend a full environmental review for the easement." These folks are woke fascists. Biden admin: "Bury them with red tape and lawsuits"
