Re: Lawsuit

While recent IOM losses have been painful to say the least, I think this lawsuit is a waste of time and in the end will only benefit the law firm.

In retrospect, Iomega's management might have done a better job of communicating certain information both before and during the CC. This does not justify taking the company to court (IMO).

Sometimes I feel like there are just too many people who refuse to take responsibility for their actions.

Regards - Dale

My E-mailed response to the attorneys representing themselves on our behalf.

To Whom It May Concern,

Thank you for once again validating the publics perception of your occupation. Lawsuits such as that which you are initiating have nothing to do with the shareholder and everything to do with enriching yourself. As an IOM shareholder, and a member of the "class" I do not appreciate your leeching on my investment.

When you lie awake at night, remember one thing.... Everything comes full circle and you will get what you deserve. Why not just go rob the local gas station? You could probably beat that in court as well.

Sincerely,

David A. Hurbanis

Yes I know why they don't rob the gas station, you go where the money is.

Am I supposed to take serious suit by a law firm that has an AOL address and uses as one of its points against IOM that it announced costly advertising. Since when did the securities laws allow one to sue for business decisions. While I fall in the class, I'll not support such a waste of effort.
