I presume the fall in Vancouver house prices is because the Chinese house buyers realize that if there is a war between China and the West, then the Chinese assets in Canada, and elsewhere, will be confiscated, just like we are now seeing with Russian assets being confiscated by Western countries because of the Ukraine conflict. So, the Chinese are no longer buying Canadian homes, in fact, they are now selling.
