I see a spike up during the OBAMA YEARS. Get a look at a more detailed chart. The move UP started under OBAMA 7 out of 8 years. One minor down year. The bottom of the spike down in 2020, due to covid, is being exceeded "every month" in 2022.l By the end of 2022 production will be at or near 12 Million. 2023 will be at or exceed 13 Million. ALL being done WITHOUT KEYSTONE. And without those canceled leases on Govt. controlled land. FACTS. Also, overall leases being approved are at or exceeding all 4 Trump years. MLB, recent data.
