I couldn't believe the press release when I read it. What a joke!!! Don't these scums have anything better to do than to distract a company from it's everyday operation so they can deal with a bs of a lawsuit?

Why are they bombing abortion clinics instead?? I can think of better targets.

Whether it's frivolous or not doesn't matter. What does matter
is that Iomega will have to expend resources (people, time, and
money) to fight this.

But, the good news is that it could be a good scapegoat for any
shortfall in Q1!
