He won't accept any offer unless the WH tells him too. Early on he was ready to agree to neutrality and independence for the two separatist regions but the WH told him no. This is a proxy war with no end in site.

I love your optimism.

I keep thinking as the MSM trumpets every supposed Ukranian victory in some skirmish that Russia is proly pretty close to having stomped the cr^p out of Ukraine and however big Zelensky's ego is, he'd be seeking a cessation of hostilities - terms. But here we are ...

And I see local laws being written on voting ... but is it going to be enough??
