Yesterday, Scott Ritter did another talk - in which he changes his view. He finds that the massive importation of weapons and money is having a significant impact. NATO is training Ukrainians how to use the new modern weapons they are supplying. President Zelensky is committed to draft another million people into the military. He thinks that in order to win, Russia would need to abandon the notion of this being a “special operation” - and start treating it as a serious war - mobilize more people, and so on. (IMHO, I’d rather see that than nukes). It’s a little over an hour. If you want to spend less time, catch the periods when Ritter is talking. youtu.be
