Oh, I don't know, maybe the human immune system is somehow involved in immunity to viral infection. Just a crazy wild-eyed conspiracy theory I know, but anything is possible.

A .22 has lower lethality than a .45, so what, it can still kill you. And you call my argument a straw man argument when I correctly point out that the LD50 has no bearing on what's under discussion.
