To All APCO's....Once again let me remind you all we are early in this one. The big funds are just starting to nibble at this one. They don't mind paying a little more to get a good company...but some wait longer than others for a track record to be established.

Again, fundamentals suggest this should be selling for close to $12 based on historical PE relative to earnings expected.

I think today's volume and price action was one institutional buy of approximately 80k. I expect we will see more buying do to the following 1) Recent earnings announcement 2) Anticipation of additional business from SAH 3) Revised estimates for earnings 4) Additional exposure to more institutions.

As evidence of the increased exposure I got several calls today from people who have been pouring money into tech's like AMAT and CSCO saying ...."hey your APCO is doing great today; I like it..." Isn't its amazing how when the stock hits the high percentage gain list people like it.....they could've had it for 20% less a short while ago...had they only believed in the fundamentals and committed based on them.

Oh well, time to watch the sheep.

Fair value is $12 but if all APCO's detailing comes to fruition a couple years hence this car will look very sweet.

A fine day for APCO--(B)

good luck,

bob
