They did not lose Kharkov. They withdrew and Russian analysts called it in advance. They have a limited force in Ukraine and they needed them in the Donbas. Unless Putin wants to escalate, they have to make do with the soldier count they have. This guy here is a pretty good watch if you don't mind his poor English. He is from Singapore and he has kept great tabs on the entire war from the start until now. Has a good sense of humor as well. youtube.com
