Hi J, Sorry can't give you too many specifics, but workforce has remained fairly constant since I last posted and now Chinese New Year is over we are actively recruiting (this means putting up a notice outside the factory and watching a huge queue appear !). With regards seasonality - I always expect us to maintain the same ratios (roughly) from quarter to quarter as there is always Fathers Day and Christmas etc. Overtime is a complex subject (far more so than in the US) as if you don't work enough workers leave because they can earn more elsewhere and if you work too much you run the risk of reduced yields...so, I would expect to maintain the same sort of balance as we have had in the past. Can't really comment on anything else (as always I can only comment on the past) except to confirm that our next quarterly release is due out on March 2nd. Best regards, David
