Tech executive Rodney Joffe "discovered" an IP connection between Trump and Russia's Alfa Bank. The connection was bogus and Joffe likely fabricated it. Joffe was a long-time Confidential Human Source for the FBI, but he didn't take the Trump data to his FBI handler. He took it to another FBI agent. Joffe told that FBI agent to keep his identity secret. Joffe didn't tell that FBI agent he was working with Fusion GPS and the Clinton Campaign. technofog.substack.com Tom
