The Democratic plan is to reward good and bad managers equally, this is clearly wrong. A lot of companies have gone private to distance themselves from ridiculous public scrutiny. A lot of companies move operations offshore to distance themselves from ridiculous union demands. People that specialize in looting should not be public regulators, this however is the Democratic way.
