Meetings like the DEPO-FDA meeting are not formally announced and documentation, to the best of my knowledge, is not available. However, the company has said in a number of forums that they will meet with the FDA later this month. That statement was reiterated in their conference call John de C

Sure this is from recent article in Yahoo news: "DepoTech expects to hold a meeting later this month with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to review the status of the development program for DepoCyt in patients with neoplastic meningitis, and determine next steps in the regulatory process. In December 1997, the Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee (ODAC) to the FDA declined to recommend approval of DepoCyt for use in patients with neoplastic meningitis from solid tumors. The final decision regarding marketing approval of new therapeutics resides with FDA officials subsequent to any recommendation of ODAC." It might of interest to you that Franklin Resources have DOUBLED their holdings to over 15% of Depotech as revealed in Depotech January 29,1998 SEC 13 G filing. Talk about averaging down. You can go to Edgars and check it yourself. Franklin Resources probably knows that although the FDA advisory panel didn't recommend approval, Depotech was still worth more that $3 and change. DEPO is going to rise... I feel the anticipation. And if the meeting with the FDA end of this month shows any signs of progress... watch out!!! Next stop $10
