This is a very scary Vid, that apparently took place in Guangdong, China on May 14th. There are war preparation plans conducted in response to order given by Bejing in April. They are going to invade Taiwan this summer, possibly as early as August. But given the leak, they may advance their timetable. My source tells me that several PLA Generals were executed in response to it being leaked out. It's subtitled so you can understand what they are saying.
