Tim, you need to read/watch it again. Yes, it represents a Guangdong specific focus on the over-all national plan to transition from "normal" to a War economy. Presumably similar meetings occurred over all of China during the past week. It appears highly credible as an authentic original source from a provincial meeting. And yes, we should be seeing overt preparations.. I think one of them is the effective recall of all of China's large cargo carriers due to the Shanghai lockdown. IMO, they could serve as a very convenient decoy and/or screening/shielding force to cover the actual invasion fleet. Either way, the coming weeks will reveal the truth..
