Mike, You have to remember that fees due always takes precedence over due diligence. Can you imagine the concept of an accounting partner who comes back to the home office and lets his managing director know that he has told IBM to clean up their act or they were resigning the account? -vbg- Gerstfirst knows that he can use almost any trick that isn't blatantly illegal and get away with it as he runs the stock to support his options holdings and his reputation. The auditors won't say boo.
