I'm thinking a quick buy on CADE with a tight stop for those that like low priced issues and the additional volatility/risk. Neutral trend and flat upper bollinger band may stop this one clean in its tracks though. Maybe a buy stop just past $2.5625 is in order. Probably $2 5/8 would be best to be safe. Volume wasn't real spectacular either. I would also consider buying a gap down. If this thing is really going lower I'd expect it to open where it closed and start heading down.
