As a fellow warrant holder I am thrilled. Warrants are cheap for companies, providing good revenue sources without hassle. They are good for speculators with limited $$ who nevertheless hope to participate in a co.'s success. The co. obviously realizes this and is hoping to revalue the warrants in a manner best meeting strategic needs. Hopefully, this will be viable for optionholders also.

Linda, I think the two months is merely to give JMAR the time to either change the terms on the existing warrants or to issue new warrants (with changes to call price, strike price, etc.). My guess is that JMAR could not change the current warrants and to issue new warrants took more time than they had, hence the 60 day extension.

It mentioned in the release that these would be long-term warrants that could be exchanged. This means to me 2-3 years probably. I feel certain that there will be an exchange, and it will be good for JMAR, good for warrant holders, and good for shareholders. I don't think there is much chance of these expiring in 60 days. Just would not make much sense to go through all of this.

So, this is very good news for everyone. Warrant holders, shareholders, and company. Thank you Dr. Martinez, and the board of directors!
