Actualy WFL.. I see a lot of that.. but I think neo Nazi is a bit strong personally.. strongly nationalist YES.. of course ethnic Russians in Donbas and and Crimea were a result of Russia flooding these places with ethnic Russians.. grant.. subsidies .. privilege above locals .. China does this.. Us did this , Canada did this... it is a subtle takeover incase of revolt... .. but agree it illuminates much.. especially the sad tired methodology of aggressor states.. and yes many ethnic Russians there now..
