Personally I would like them to get their plant up and running and then cut a dividend.

1 Excellent stuff: re-domiciling to Singapore = expansion into new Asian markets.
2 $10 million (Canadian $?) to be distributed as dividends or buybacks among the total 50 million shares? Wow.
3 If I understand this announcement correctly, Verde (domiciled in the U.K.) will become NewVerde domiciled in Singapore but its shares (trading as a NewVerde) will continue to be traded in Toronto ONLY (and in the U.S. as an over-the-counter ticker?).
It'd be even better if they would co-list on the Singapore stock exchange. New investors! Might this, too, be in the offing?
