I didn't really look at it that close. I just grabbed the first listing I saw.
Most basements here are finished. It's rare they aren't. My house in the city is finished but this one in the country isn't. I use it for storage. (It's a VERY small house).
Most people have bedrooms, hobby rooms, play area with pool table, bar etc downstairs. Ours was for the kids to hang out.
