Bingo! It just hit me, just before I read your post. This makes perfect sense to me. If Sapiens is understaffed to meet the Y2K Problem, (I said if) and even if they are not, it makes sense for them to ready themselves for this niche. This would be perfect. Didn't they say about 20 employees? I'm sure the new company has some experts they could utilize.
