For the house we bought 20-years ago, we had all the windows replaced before we moved in. We got them wholesale from a company our company leased a building to. I think the wholesale price was like $10k plus installation of $8k. They'd probably run $50k today plus installation.

Good grief, I really royally screwed up that whole post! That’s what I get for trying to do 2 things at once - wink. I was trying to say what did you use on the floors to get rid of the cat smell!
