China has decided that marching by police and army in Hong Kong shall be more patriotic instead of the VVV civilized marching [walking] of the Great and Glorious British Empire. So they have dictated that marching shall be in goose stepping form. John Cleese did an excellent demonstration of how to do it decades ago. thestandard.com.hk I prefer the walking style of marching. Anybody who disagrees shall be exterminated. I prefer the English common law civilized state in which individuals rate more highly than they do when dictated to by Made in China bosses. People in Hong Kong prefer the civilized English VVV style of life too, but they had better not say so or the Gestapo from Beijing will explain to them, up close and personal, how they have got the wrong idea. It's hard to imagine the Melanesians or Polynesians adopting the goose stepping style. Mqurice
