Linda

i'll second everything that Billberry stated

JMAR management just needs more time to figure out what the best way will be to deal with the warrants as they themselves state: "On the strength of these prospects we are currently reviewing the feasibility of a warrant exchange program that would issue new warrants having updated terms more consistent with the company's overall strategy and goals and to provide more flexibility in their administration," Martinez added.

depending on the flexibility they decide to structure into the new warrants they'll be able to save themselves much money in the future when it comes to their additional funding needs. a secondary offering is not an inexpensive proposition and, as we've all experienced, a private placement in the hands of quickbuck artists can well be disasterous to a company's existing shareholders and its reputation as a stable investment.

i too thank Dr Martinez and the Board of Directors at JMAR for giving warrantholders additional consideration

i have plenty of both the warrants and the shares, warrantholders can be investors too

it would be sweet justice if those Swiss Bastards could have their shorts squeezed till they're blue in the face - maybe with this turn of events the MMs may just decide to do so

I think they have to put in they might or might not exchange them into the release. Legal stuff. They would not go to all this trouble and then not extend them. At least that is my opinion. If they can issue new warrants with more favorable terms for the company, this is superior to any private placement. I hope the company clarifies the exchange and their intentions ASAP so we don't go down to the wire like this time.
