Roger, when was the last time the S&P was at a 23+ PE, with essentially zero inflation, a strong economy, the threat of war looming on the horizon and a President with a compulsive desire for sexual gratification? Hint: Yeltsin says Clinton may start WW III. We almost did then. Hint2: The market went down by about 25% in two months in the spring of that year.
