In all honesty most are, but there is always one or two cavalier guys that run towards gun fire and can shoot straight. Cowering behind a vehicle really only makes you a target. God bless the brave ones.

I agree the police were cowards. Thats why they cant be depended on.
Most police run TOWARD the danger while everyone else is running away.

Uvalde police seem to be an exception.
