FC, The towns population was 15,000 with a Police Force likely having three singled man patrol carsin a given shift. Two Officers engaged the shooter and were shot. The latest reports say that there were no armed officers who engaged the shooter when he arrived on school grounds. I hate to say it, given how the NRA-types will run away with it. But this sounds exactly like a job for the "well-regulated militia," i.e. citizens taking responsibility for their own law enforcement. "But, but, you can't arm teachers!"
