All -

Two lawsuits in one day, both purporting to represent the class of Iomega investors.

Throw 'em both out of court, I say.

Did I ever tell you all about the lawyer who told me to go ahead and get remarried, even though he had not actually even finished filing my divorce papers?

Here's one for you:

Question:

What do you call 500 lawyers at the bottom of the East River.

Answer:

A good start.

Are these attorneys sick or what? I love America! I was sure after reading them that they were a prank. I highly doubt IOM's attorneys will even bother to deal with these people until court.

Re: 2nd press release

<< It seems to me the only reason for them to come out with this 2nd report is to piss off Iomega and make their clients happy and willing to pay those fees.>>

What clients? They have few if any real clients. They are hoping that their negative press releases will drive the stock price down.

Dale, it's hard to read that self-serving press release and stay calm. Time for some lawyer jokes...
