Hi Dale, I don't know why he would say that, maybe just competitive talk. Yorkton had called me several days ago to see if I knew where there were some large blocks of shares available. I didn't, so I assume they will just buy them up in the market. Union was aware that they were looking. I'm happy to see them buying as they are and hope others see the value. Relocation is not the highest priority for us at the moment. We have an offer in from our current LL, but I think they feel they have a captive market. They have offered 80% more space for almost triple the price. Our current lease is good till May and we are looking. Kindest Regards, John
