bieno,

Today's Commentary: 02/09/98 (OVERSUPPLY INCREASES)

DRAM availabilities and inquiries continue to increase while actual
trading activity remains light for the second consecutive week. With the
exception of manufacturer, package and revision specific requirments,
most volume activity has been limited to larger "less than" market
trades on popular devices. CPU pricing continues to fluctuate as users
adjust to Intel's new pricing schedule and product focus.

Did I miss your post or did you just neglect to update us yesterday?

some highlights ;-)

1. "The end of the fiscal year for Asian companies is also coming in March, which could prompt a blow-out of inventory."

2. "Delays won't halt memory slide."

3. "The impact of Japanese plant delays won't be noticeable until 2000"

happy investing, uh, gambling ;-)
