I see a photo of a few people sitting with their backs to the viewer and discussing issues of military preparedness. I can’t tell whether it’s about initiating an attack or just a general strategic military discussion. A nation of 1.4 billion can never speak in one voice. Maybe it’s one of those “voices”. The discussion is between the PLA and the province of Quandong. Not sure what this means. Preparedness of that particular province? In short - can’t draw any conclusions. Until proven otherwise, I’d side with your friend who thinks that money talks - and that mutually profitable economic factors, along with no obvious reasons for the war - will carry the day. Btw, I believe someone said on tape that Quandong manufactures 90 unmanned boats a month. That’s a lot. If true, soon they’ll flood the markets.
