Wait till the trend changes before buying puts. Then try April puts about one strike below its price at that time.

I have MUPGs April 35 PUTS. I trade them and do not hold them until expiration. IMO holding them is a fools game, the same thing is true with buying way out of the money PUTS...You either write them or buy them as insurance against your long positions.

If MU continues to go up then look at MUPUs and MUPHs. I Bought the MUPUs last week when MU went over 38 for 3 1/2 -3/4. If you feel very strong about a quick drop then take your chances with March or even Feb Options. I like having a couple months cushion b/c MU usually hits my targets in that time frame.

I expect to see MU test 33-33 5/8 soon and then will sell all PUTs. If it breaks 33 then repurchase PUTS.
