Linda, I think we should all thank them for a good decision. I think that things just would have taken too long with the SEC, and time was running out. The company recognizes that warrant holders are shareholders too. That is important. The warrant naysayers can feel good that the terms will probably be changed in the exchange to be more favorable to the company.
