R.D. Can you provide some support or documentation for your claim that MSPG is transitioning away from PSI because of service problems.

The following link includes the terms of the MSPG / PSIX agreement including a 5 yr. agreement for PSI to provide backbone service for MSPG.

the following is a from a more recent news release (7/23/97) on the fiber deal

"..."Expansion to OC-48 is an extraordinary enhancement for the PSINet backbone," said William L. Schrader, chairman, president, chief executive officer and founder of PSINet Inc. "This agreement will provide bandwidth for the foreseeable future for all conceivable advances in Internet applications for our commercial and wholesale customers, including our very successful ISP customers such as MindSpring (NASDAQ: MSPG), EarthLink (NASDAQ: ELNK) and WebTV, a subsidiary of Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT)...."
