"Usually", all the carbon fuels equally per BTU. It was based on old power ability to switch to a cheaper fuel so they stayed generally balanced. I'm not sure if that still applies now that clean air initiatives have required specific scrubbers, balancers etc for the cleanest burn possible making it harder to switch fuels.
I don't recall off the top of my head what the ratios are/were but a quick search would likely pull them up easily.
