I wasn't knocking the drugs. I was asking for info, which you failed to provide. You had indicated that you hadn't seen the Crix belly and gave a couple of reasons why. Your first reason (you don't use Crix in your patients) suggested that the condition was specific to that particular PI. Your second response seemed to indicate that you had 200 patients, but didn't use PIs much in your patients. I was asking for info on the incidence of the Crix belly in patients who used other PIs (and I suspect that the number reported is markedly below the real incidence because most patients and doctors are not really looking for early signs), and such info has not been forthcoming.
