I think we should regulate our militia better than we do and not sell some types of rifles to 18 yo's, Winnifred. The 2A says the govt should regulate the militia ... that includes who can have what kind of guns: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
