If the DVD play has a TV out jack......then you can run a cable
between your computer and TV, using your computer as your DVD player, i'm not exactly sure how the audio works. IMO if you can't run
the audio to the stereo amplifier, then using the computer as a
DVD play just isnt practical.

Just think of all of the 'software' you could store? Your whole system on one CD! Easy to restore when system 'pukes'! Use SyQuest SyJet 1.5G removable for 'personal' files, and the DVD for 'permanent files', holy toledo! A system 'to run'!
