Good morning John,sorry about my gloom and doom attitude,I'll try to repress it. I won't make any buy or sell recommendations,that is not my place.IMO,we have not seen the bottom and won't,until all the debentures are converted(or close to all)and attitudes begin to change. Reg S isn't always bad,only when it's abused(by the company or the holder),unfortunately,it gets abused quite often,it generally is considered"last resort financing" DD PS: the company's silence is deafening!! PSS: where is this "Omar and Baron",these idiots have zippo creditability in my book. Is one of these fruitloops supposed to be an Investor Relations person?
